At Zooty, we are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience. We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, thoroughly checked for quality, and securely packed at our warehouse. You will receive a notification email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. (Note: Processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time, and weekends are not counted as business days).

Estimated Delivery Time: 4 - 10 Business Days Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While we strive to meet these deadlines, please note that factors such as weather, postal delays, or high-volume periods may cause slight delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can track your order directly on our website via the "Track Your Order" page or by visiting the carrier's website.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@zooty-store.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. Lost/Stolen Packages
Zooty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
